Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, email info@oaksampler.com before ordering and we will let you know whether we can ship to you and what it will cost. International orders are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges, which are not included in our prices and are not refunded.

We ship by UPS, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a street address where someone can sign for the package.

When we ship

Every OAK-S37 is hand-built and tested before it leaves. Orders ship within 3 business days of payment unless the product page says otherwise. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping options

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs.

Signature and insurance

Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price and requires an adult signature on delivery. We cannot waive the signature requirement. If you will not be home, UPS lets you redirect the package to a UPS Access Point or hold it at a UPS facility using the tracking number.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully before you order. We can change the address until the order ships. After that, address changes go through UPS and may incur a fee or delay, and we cannot be responsible for a package delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

Damaged packages

If the package arrives damaged, keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days as described in our Return and Refund Policy. We handle the carrier claim. You do not need to deal with UPS yourself.
